The staff on the reception desk and house keeping service were very friendly and helpful. They happily gave extra blankets, towels and toiletries for the fourth member in our party. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. The free breakfast was good. Some patches in room carpets can use a thorough cleaning but overall an ambient environment. Will definitely come back again in future.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful! My original room had signs of bed bugs under the mattress, and when I showed the front desk pictures of the mattress, she immediately got me a new room! Overall, the lobby and rooms were pretty clean, the breakfast bar was pretty good, and the staff is great!

I made a suite reservation & when i arrived "Jennifer" said she gave my suite to a white woman because said white woman didn't like the state of her room. I wish life was that easy, must be nice. I've never been upgraded where someone else would be kicked out of their room just because I complained. This is the second time in back to back weeks where something like this has happened. Hampton inn is really taking a turn for the worse. On the bright side i booked at the staybridge & they had free beer & wine & a minute large room at a cheaper price

My boyfriend and I had an amazing trip while staying here at Hampton inn. The hotel was an affordable price that fit our budget. We were in range to everything we wanted to visit in the Corpus Christi area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wide variety of breakfast options were amazing and filled us up. It was a comfortable environment to where we would spend an hour or more downstairs enjoying our meal and each other. I felt safe at this hotel and it was very quiet during our stay. Our room was cleaned to perfection. I would stay here again!

Eh... Carpet had stains all over it, hallway was incredibly hot and humid, sink and bathtub leaked all over the floor on my last day, & the refrigerator completely froze and ruined my food and drinks. Guy at the front was... ok at best however the night crew was totally friendly and awesome. Overall.... 3/5.. Will be staying at a different hotel next time however. Only really good thing I loved was it was walking distance to the gas station because I was marooned without a vehicle thanks to the rental car agencies

Although the check-in time is 3 pm, our room was not available as rooms were not yet cleaned. The manager said her staff had not shown up for work. A family member's room was available so we swam at the pool to give them time to finish rooms. When we checked in afterward we were given a room by the elevator. We noticed the next day that the same thing happened; there was a crowd there to check in at 3:00 but rooms were not available. Attitude behind the desk was less than friendly and welcoming. They do not provide hand soaps for rooms smaller than king. So bring soap from home to wash your hands! I am a Hilton Honors member.

Location was good. The hallways were warm, humid and musty. The carpet in the rooms were nasty. Wouldn’t even walk on it without shoes. There were stains on the walls & curtains. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Would definitely not recommend to stay, or stay here myself ever again.
